4.2 Source code license. Purchased Odoo modules are licensed for use on a single production Odoo instance per purchase. The license grants you the right to use, modify, and run the source code for your own business operations. Resale, redistribution, or sub-licensing to third parties is strictly prohibited without a separate written agreement.

5. Third-Party Property

Our website may include hyperlinks or other references to other party's websites. We do not monitor or review the content of other party's websites which are linked to from this website. Products or services offered by other websites shall be subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of those third parties. We will not be responsible for any privacy practices or content of these sites.

6. Responsible Use

8. Payment Processing

All purchases on hexalian.com are processed by Stripe, Inc. Hexalian LLC acts as the direct seller for all transactions. Stripe's services are governed by the Stripe Services Agreement.

Hexalian LLC is responsible for all technical support, product updates, and fulfilment.

9. Sales Policy — No Refunds

9.1 All sales are final. All modules sold on hexalian.com are provided as-is under the Odoo Public License v1 (OPL1). All sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or returns will be issued under any circumstances once the download link has been delivered to the purchaser.

9.2 Digital goods — waiver of withdrawal. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that (i) the product is digital content, (ii) delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation, and (iii) you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation applicable to digital content under applicable consumer protection law.

9.3 Sold as-is. Modules are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Hexalian LLC makes no representation that any module will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free. It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the module description and compatibility notes before completing a purchase.

9.4 Chargebacks. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Hexalian LLC support will be disputed with full documentation of delivery.

10. Content Posted by You

We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments and contact forms. We reserve the right to review the content and to monitor all use of and activity on our website, and remove or reject any content in our sole discretion. By posting information, you agree that your content will comply with these Terms and Conditions and must not be illegal, unlawful, or infringe any person's legal rights.

11. Idea Submission
