Refund Policy

All sales are final. Hexalian LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any digital product once the download link has been delivered.

1. No Refund Policy

All Odoo modules sold on hexalian.com are provided as-is under the Odoo Public License v1 (OPL1). All sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or returns will be issued under any circumstances once the download link has been delivered to the purchaser.

By completing a purchase on hexalian.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Digital Goods — Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

Our products are digital software modules. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• The product is digital content delivered electronically;
• Delivery and fulfilment begins immediately upon payment confirmation;
• You waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or cooling-off period applicable to digital content under applicable consumer protection law, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Sold As-Is — No Warranty

All modules are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Hexalian LLC makes no representation that any module will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. What You Receive

Every purchase includes:

• 100% Python & XML source code — no compiled binaries, no obfuscation;
• Lifetime access to the download link — valid for the version purchased;
• Odoo version compatibility as listed on the product page at time of purchase;
• Email delivery — download link sent within 72 hours of payment confirmation.

Product descriptions and compatibility are clearly displayed on each module's product page before purchase.

5. Stripe Transactions

For purchases processed directly by Stripe, Hexalian LLC acts as the direct seller. This no-refund policy applies in full. Chargebacks initiated without contacting Hexalian LLC first will be disputed with full documentation of delivery.
